2024 Year In Review

Happy New Year!

XLCS Partners had a tremendous year. Despite challenges in the M&A market, we achieved our third-best year in the history of the company. Among our successes were advising the sellers of 13 multi-generational and family owned companies. These companies represented a total of 30 generations of ownership.

Most notably, we represented Hendrick Manufacturing Co., founded in 1876, which was sold to E.D. Etnyre & Co., founded in 1898. Our pride in the American business spirit was ignited when we saw the historical pictures, the evolution of the products and marketing materials, early invoices, the changes in people and facilities through the decades, and other priceless memorabilia from both of these companies. We count it a privilege to be part of the history of both companies. This is what we are passionate about.

As a multi-generational business ourselves, we understand the challenges, sleepless nights, highs and lows, difficult decisions, sacrifices required to create a great company, and the pride of accomplishment.
